In response to media inquiries, the U.S. Embassy in Armenia reported that U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien will conclude her tenure in mid-January after serving three years in Yerevan.
“U.S. policy on Armenia will not change when the Ambassador departs. The United States remains committed to its partnership with Armenia, and looks forward to advancing the U.S.-Armenia Strategic Partnership and implementing the bilateral agreements President Trump and Prime Minister Pashinyan signed at the historic August 8 Peace Summit in Washington,” the embassy said.
