“I was informed by the Court of Appeal that Roman Smbatyan’s decision to detain political prisoner Vazgen Saghatelyan for two months has not been overturned.

At this stage, I am refraining from assessing the appellate court’s decision, as I have not yet received the full text and have not had the opportunity to review the reasoning behind the refusal to overturn it. The law provides a three-day period for the decision to be delivered to the parties.”
