Vladimir Putin congratulated Nikol Pashinyan as well as Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan on the occasion of the New Year

Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent New Year and Christmas greetings to heads of foreign states and governments.

Among them are President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of the United States of America Donald Trump, President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan and others.

Congratulations were also sent to a number of former heads of state and government, including former Armenian presidents Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sargsyan.
