 On January 7, the winter military conscription officially began in the Noyemberyan community. On this occasion, the head of the community addressed the conscripts, wishing them a safe and peaceful service.

“Dear conscripts, I wish you a peaceful service, unwavering determination, good health, and high morale.

May military service become an important school that strengthens and tempers you, helping to reveal your finest human and military qualities. Always remember that your families, your community, and the entire Armenian people stand behind you,” he stated.
