Samvel Karapetyan’s inpatient treatment interrupted, he has been transferred to penitentiary

Businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan’s inpatient medical treatment has been interrupted, and he has been transferred to the “Yerevan-Kentron” penitentiary. This was reported to Sputnik Armenia by his lawyer, Aram Vardevanyan.

“Samvel Karapetyan was undergoing inpatient treatment. However, according to officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs police, his treatment was discontinued, and he was transferred to the ‘Yerevan-Kentron’ penitentiary. He was moved while diagnosed with coronavirus and bilateral pneumonia of fibrotic type. I have nothing further to add,” Vardevanyan stated.
