National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan said he is preparing for an official visit to Russia, speaking in a conversation with reporters.

He noted that the dates of the visit have not yet been confirmed, but an official invitation has been received.

“Ms. Matviyenko was here, and I received an invitation for a reciprocal visit. We spoke on the occasion of my birthday. However, the details of the visit have not yet been discussed, and the dates are still to be determined,” Simonyan said.

He emphasized that the visit will be official.
