Authorities’ attitude toward Samvel Karapetyan reflects jealousy and fear – Narek Karapetyan (Video)

Samvel Karapetyan became financially successful in Russia without holding stakes in any raw material companies, Narek Karapetyan, coordinator of the “Our Way” movement, said at a press conference.

He noted that Karapetyan’s success was built not only through real estate investments in the Russian Federation, but also through projects in the UAE and Greece.

“This is the result of hard work. He is one of the few business figures who has not come under Western sanctions since they were introduced,” Karapetyan stated.

“Every penny he has earned is the result of his own work. The most disappointing aspect of this process in Armenia is that when we see his investment approach toward the Republic of Armenia, we encounter jealousy and fear from the authorities. You cannot be afraid of the children of your own country,” he said.
