The Armenian government in an artsrunhovhannisyan-style is presenting its defeat in Stockholm as a victory, according to a post published on the Samvel Karapetyan Facebook page.

“The Stockholm Arbitration Court has reaffirmed its decision issued this summer, obliging the Armenian government to refrain from any actions against the Electric Networks of Armenia. We expect the government to act in accordance with the law and unconditionally cease all actions against ENA.

A professional explanation of the decision will be presented shortly through a statement by an international advocacy group,” the post said.
