“We have a nuclear power plant that ensures our energy independence and security.

What do our adversaries seek? They want Armenia to shut down its nuclear power plant. To justify this, a pretext is being promoted – the so-called ‘modular nuclear power plant.’ However, there is not a single fully operational modular nuclear power plant in the world; such technology exists only on submarines.

Now, is this merely an engineering decision, or a geopolitical directive aimed at severing Armenia’s nuclear ties with Russia once and for all?

According to UN experts, Armenia is facing pressure from the West, while Pashinyan’s cabinet is sacrificing our energy sovereignty. At a time when Turkey is constructing the powerful Akkuyu nuclear power plant with Russian financing, Armenia risks shutting down its own strategic facility and becoming dependent on the adversary.”
