Bishop Mkrtich’s detention lifted, house arrest imposed

The Court of First Instance of the Aragatsotn Region, presided over by Judge D. Dabaghyan, has decided to lift the detention of Bishop Mkrtich Proshyan, Primate of the Aragatsotn Diocese, and replace it with house arrest as a preventive measure.

The information was reported by the bishop’s lawyer, Ara Zohrabyan.
