Ruben Vardanyan sentenced to 20 years in prison in Baku

 A court in Baku has sentenced former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan to 20 years in prison.

According to Azerbaijani media reports, the verdict was delivered by the Baku Military Court. In the fabricated case, Vardanyan was charged with “crimes against peace and humanity, war crimes, terrorism, financing of terrorism, and other serious offenses” under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
