Health condition of injured in Ajapnyak shooting stabilized
The lives of those hospitalized following yesterday’s shooting in Ajapnyak are no longer in danger, Ashot Kurghinyan, Deputy General Director for Surgery at the Armenia Medical Center, told Aysor.am.
“At present, the condition of all five patients is stable. We have no critically ill patients. Vital signs indicate moderate severity, and patients will be transferred from the intensive care unit to vascular or surgical departments, depending on the injured area,” Kurghinyan said.
He added that one of the injured has already been discharged. Regarding the two patients previously in extremely serious condition, he noted that they underwent surgery, their blood parameters have stabilized, and their condition is now assessed as moderate severity.
Yesterday, seven people were hospitalized following the incident in Ajapnyak, one of whom died.
