Balanced regional development in focus of Samvel Karapetyan (video)

Balanced regional development remains a priority for philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan. In central Vanadzor, an underpass located in one of the city’s busiest areas had stood neglected and dilapidated since Soviet times, with the adjacent park in similar disrepair.

In 2018, through the investment of national benefactor Samvel Karapetyan and at the initiative of former National Assembly deputy Karen Karapetyan, the long-abandoned site was transformed into a modern, multifunctional complex.

Today, the revitalized space features gaming areas, entertainment and retail facilities, and a cinema. It has become a vibrant hub for social gatherings, family recreation, and youth activity in the city.
