Samvel Karapetyan strengthens position in Forbes ranking

Although Samvel Karapetyan has been in detention in Armenia for more than nine months, his business operations outside the country continue to demonstrate steady growth.

According to the 2025 results, Tashir Group ranked second in the annual list compiled by Forbes among the largest owners of commercial real estate. Rental income reached $700 million, $15 million more than the previous year. The company’s strong position in the sectoral ranking reflects the stability of its business model and a systematic approach to expanding its real estate portfolio.

According to Forbes, Tashir remains one of the leaders in real estate development in Russia. In December 2025, the company opened the Avenue Sever shopping center in Moscow, near the Seligerskaya metro station, with a total area of 135,000 square meters.

Tashir Group has been included in the Forbes ranking since 2007 and has consistently maintained a position in the top three since 2011.
