“The authorities’ behavior is not commensurate with the military operations taking place in our neighborhood:” Serzh Sargsyan

Military operations are ongoing in our neighborhood, and no one can predict how they will affect Armenia, the country’s third President, Serzh Sargsyan, said during a briefing with journalists in front of the courthouse. He was responding to a question about whether the actions of Armenia’s political authorities are appropriate in the context of these military developments.

“I believe that today the authorities should approach this situation with seriousness, and such seriousness should be reflected in their behavior. I do not see behavior that is commensurate with the circumstances,” he said.
