“We are discussing the issue of concession management of the railway with our Russian partners:” Nikol Pashinyan

“There are discussions at the working level with our Russian partners,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a conversation with reporters, responding to a question about whether the Armenian side has discussed with Russia the possibility of transferring the concession management of the railway to another country.

“We see a certain understanding on this issue, for which we are grateful. There is nothing in what we have said that is directed against Russia. We are simply presenting the objective situation to our partners, noting that under the current conditions Armenia is losing its competitive advantages. We have no other motivation. I hope that we will be able to reach concrete solutions,” Pashinyan said.
