No political force can win 50+1 percent of the vote alone, says Garnik Danielyan

Garnik Danielyan, a deputy from the National Assembly’s Armenia faction, believes that no single political force can secure 50+1 percent of the vote on its own.

He noted that a consolidation of political forces is currently underway.

“The political forces that have submitted applications to participate in these elections are becoming stronger, blocs are being formed, and these forces are consolidating. This is encouraging, because the goal of Pashinyan and the ruling party is to create an atmosphere where voters do not want to participate in the elections – they aim to foster disappointment and apathy. They are trying to present a picture that everything is fine, but that is a misconception,” the opposition MP said during a parliamentary briefing.
