Armenian parliament and CoE to continue playing leading role in bringing Armenia closer to the EU: Roberta Metsola

When Europe looks at Armenia, it sees a friend, a relative, said Roberta Metsola, President of the European Parliament, during a joint press conference with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

“I hope that Armenia, when it looks at Europe, sees an ally,” she added.

Metsola expressed confidence that the Armenian National Assembly and the European Parliament will continue to play a leading role in advancing Armenia’s closer integration with the European Union.
