Search of Izmirlyan MC deputy director’s office declared unlawful

The search of the office of Tigran Nalbandyan, deputy director of Izmirlyan Medical Center, has been declared unlawful, lawyer Erik Aleksanyan announced.

“I was recently informed by the RA Criminal Court of Appeal that Judge Harutyun Petrosyan upheld my complaint regarding the search of the office of Tigran Nalbandyan, deputy director for medical affairs of Izmirlyan MC. The search of his office was therefore declared unlawful,” the lawyer said.

Earlier, a search conducted in the office of Armen Charchyan, director of the medical center, had also been ruled unlawful.
