Bishop Mkrtich released from house arrest (Video)

The Primate of the Aragatsotn Diocese, His Grace Mkrtich Proshyan, has been released from house arrest.

As an alternative preventive measure, administrative supervision has been imposed on the bishop, combined with a ban on absence.

Under the new restrictions, the bishop is prohibited from changing his permanent place of residence without the permission of the body conducting the proceedings, and from communicating with participants in the case and with the clergy of the Aragatsotn Diocese.

He is also banned from visiting the residence of the Aragatsotn Diocese, as well as churches located in the Aragatsotn region of Armenia.
