Seyran Ohanyan’s spouse sues Public TV

Ruzanna Khachatryan, the spouse of former Defense Minister, member of parliamentary “Armenia” faction  Seyran Ohanyan, has filed a lawsuit against Public Television of Armenia. The information became known through the judicial information system Datalex.

Khachatryan’s lawsuit concerns the protection of honor and dignity against publicly expressed defamation.

The claim was filed on March 16 and has been accepted for proceedings by Judge Naira Avetisyan of the Yerevan Civil Court of General Jurisdiction.
