It would be a major exaggeration to claim that all issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan are resolved: Ararat Mirzoyan

All infrastructure that may establish connections with Azerbaijan will be built, operated, and re-operated within the territory of the Republic of Armenia and will function exclusively under Armenia’s full jurisdiction, Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated at the National Assembly.

“No matter how much we speak about transit transportation, the question always arises: what guarantees can ensure lasting peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan? I often recall numerous peace agreements that had formally written groups of guarantors but ultimately failed to work. I am convinced that real peace agreements function only to the extent that they are beneficial to the parties themselves, rather than relying on conditional guarantors. As long as peace remains beneficial for both Armenia and Azerbaijan, that peace will continue to hold,” Mirzoyan said.

According to the foreign minister, it would be a major exaggeration to claim that all issues between Armenia and Azerbaijan have been resolved and that the situation is completely cloudless.
