Anti-Corruption Committee arrests former minister Artem Asatryan

Within the framework of criminal proceedings being investigated by the Anti-Corruption Committee, several individuals have been arrested on charges under various articles of the RA Criminal Code. Among them are a former Head of the State Property Management Department and other high-ranking officials, the Anti-Corruption Committee told Aysor.am.

“In the interests of the investigation, we cannot provide further details,” the Committee stated.

According to Aysor.am, in addition to former Head of the State Property Management Department Arman Sahakyan, former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia Artem Asatryan has also been arrested.

According to our information, other former officials have been detained as well.
