Armenia-NATO current agenda discussed

On April 20, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan received Kevin Hamilton, the Special Representative of the NATO Secretary General for the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Grigoryan congratulated Hamilton on assuming the position, wishing him success in his mission.

The interlocutors discussed the current agenda of Armenia-NATO relations and prospects for their development. Armen Grigoryan emphasized the positive dynamics in strengthening bilateral cooperation. In turn, Kevin Hamilton highlighted the importance of cooperation shaped through Armenia’s participation in NATO peacekeeping missions.

The parties also exchanged views on issues related to regional and international security.
