The Land to Live Party and the Strong Armenia alliance of parties sign a memorandum
The Republic of Armenia is facing serious security, political, and value-system challenges that require nationwide consolidation, responsibility, and clear political will, the “Land to Live” Party said in a statement.
“Given the importance of the above, the “Land to Live” Party and the “Strong Armenia” Alliance of Parties have signed a memorandum under which they unite their political, organizational, and human potential, forming a joint political agenda for participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections. The agreement also provides for the active involvement of the “Land to Live” Party’s regional teams within the “Strong Armenia” Alliance through their inclusion in the alliance’s electoral list.
The basis of the cooperation includes:
The fundamental importance of the Republic of Armenia as a free, independent, sovereign, and democratic state,
The unconditional priority of the return of Armenian prisoners of war as a key prerequisite for the restoration of national dignity and the establishment of a just and lasting peace; the exceptional role of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church throughout the history of the Armenian people as a pillar of national identity, faith, unity, and statehood; the imperative of restoring trust between the state and society, strengthening national solidarity, and ensuring the effective consolidation of pan-Armenian potential between Armenia and the Diaspora.
The “Land to Live” Party assumes its share of responsibility for the changes taking place in the country,” the statement said.
