RA-Cyprus bilateral and RA-Greece-Cyprus trilateral defense consultations held in Cyprus

On April 22, RA-Cyprus bilateral and RA-Greece-Cyprus trilateral defense consultations were held in Cyprus, with the participation of the RA Ministry of Defense delegation headed by Levon Ayvazyan, Head of the Defense Policy and International Cooperation Department, the RA Ministry of Defense reported.

“During the consultations, the parties discussed the progress of cooperation in both bilateral and trilateral formats, as well as future priorities. Views were exchanged on regional and international security issues, defense sector reforms, and other matters of mutual interest. The parties highly appreciated the development of cooperation in recent years.

As a result of the consultations, the heads of the subdivisions responsible for international military cooperation of the three countries signed the annual programs for Armenia-Cyprus bilateral and Armenia-Greece-Cyprus trilateral cooperation in the defense sector,” the statement said.
