Not withdrawing claims is not a harm to peace: “Wings of Unity”

“Wings of Unity” has stated that withdrawing applications, claims, and complaints filed against Azerbaijan in interstate judicial bodies is a red line and unacceptable.

“The candidate for deputy from the ‘Wings of Unity’ party, former head of the Office of the Representative for International Legal Affairs, Liparit Drmeyan, points out that the already pre-signed document itself contains provisions that neutralize the authorities’ unfounded claims.

There is a clause in the agreement that allows for the resolution of legal disputes without withdrawing the claims.”
