The 2029 FIFA U-20 World Cup will be hosted by Armenia and Georgia.

This was announced by Nikol Pashinyan, who presented initial details and stressed the need for thorough and timely preparations to ensure the successful organization of the tournament.

As part of the preparatory efforts, a new stadium will be constructed in Ijevan.
