Prisoners from Baku have always returned before the elections – Nikol Pashinyan

Nikol Pashinyan said that prisoners from Baku have traditionally been returned before elections.

“The previous group that returned was also before the elections, and the one before that as well – it is always before elections in a democratic country,” he told reporters.

Pashinyan assured that they are working every day to return the prisoners, and “we will see when the results will be”.
