Ilham Aliyev to join the 8th European Political Community summit in Yerevan remotely

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev will take part in the 8th summit of the European Political Community in Yerevan via video link today, Azerbaijani media reported.

The 8th summit of the European Political Community summit is being held under the theme “Building the future: unity and stability in Europe.”

The first summit of the European Political Community summit took place on October 6, 2022, in Prague. It was subsequently hosted in Chisinau, Granada, Oxfordshire, Budapest, Tirana, and Copenhagen.

The European Political Community summit brings together the leaders of around 50 European countries on an equal footing, in a spirit of unity and shared purpose. It provides a political platform for dialogue and cooperation on issues of common interest, aimed at strengthening the security, stability, and prosperity of the European continent.
