Eight years ago, no one would have come to Armenia because this country was considered Russia’s satellite – Emmanuel Macron

French President Emmanuel Macron said at the plenary session of the European Political Community summit in Yerevan that eight years ago no one would have come to Armenia.

“Eight years ago, this country was considered by many as a de facto satellite of Russia. Nikol organized the Velvet Revolution and decided to de-risk the country,” he noted.

According to Emmanuel Macron, as a result of these developments, Armenia has benefited.
