“We hope that I will have the opportunity to visit Azerbaijan” – Nikol Pashinyan (video)

The plenary session of the European Political Community summit has kicked off in Yerevan.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev is participating in the event – held in Armenia for the first time – though remotely.

“But we hope that I will have the opportunity to visit Azerbaijan in 2028, when the European Political Community summit will be held there,” he said.

The Armenian Prime Minister also pointed out the visit of the Turkish Vice President to Armenia, emphasizing that he is the first Vice President to have ever visited the country.
