Armenia is decisively advancing toward Europe; it has always been part of the European family – Emmanuel Macron

Armenia has made a firm choice in favor of peace and prosperity and has strengthened its democratic institutions despite significant challenges, French President Emmanuel Macron stated following the signing of the Armenia-France Strategic Partnership Declaration.

According to Macron, Armenia is decisively advancing toward Europe and has always been an integral part of the European family.

“This progress in the European direction has been evident to me over the past two days. All of this would have been unimaginable eight years ago – organizing such meetings, or holding an Armenia-EU summit,” Macron emphasized.
