New opportunities emerged two minutes after the signing of the strategic document – Nikol Pashinyan

The strategic partnership document highlights the importance of making more effective use of the current moment and its opportunities, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said after signing the documents and delivering a joint statement with French President Emmanuel Macron, responding to a journalist’s question.

“The agreements signed at the highest level send a clear signal to various sectors in both countries that favorable political conditions have been established, and that all prerequisites are in place to build partnerships and conclude concrete agreements,” the Prime Minister stated.

According to Pashinyan, new opportunities began to open and materialize two minutes after the signing. “This process will be continuous,” he added.

Armenia and France signed a declaration on strategic partnership.
