We are going to take a strict preventive measure – Anna Vardapetyan spoke about the case of sexual abuse of minor sisters in Vedi

The Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, Anna Vardapetyan, assured that the case involving the sexual abuse of minor sisters in Vedi is under close scrutiny.

“The incident is under the immediate attention of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia,” she stated in the National Assembly.

Vardapetyan noted that she became aware of the case as soon as it was made public.

Addressing concerns over the absence of arrests so far, the Prosecutor General said that the issue of a preventive measure will be resolved in the near future.

“We are going to take a strict preventive measure in this regard,” Anna Vardapetyan emphasized.
