Karabakh remained Armenian until September 2023, says Civil Contract member (Video)

Karabakh remained Armenian until September 2023, Civil Contract party member Ruben Rubinyan stated in the National Assembly.

According to him, the people of Artsakh left their homeland after the dissolution document was signed.

“You made Karabakh cease to be Armenian, because when we were discussing possible solutions, you called us traitors, Turk-lovers, Azerbaijani-lovers,” he said, addressing members of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation.

The Civil Contract member also noted that he would not miss the “Armenia” faction in the next convocation of the National Assembly, with the exception of Artsvik Minasyan.
