Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the May 9 parade in Moscow

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the Victory Day parade to be held in Moscow on May 9.

Speaking to reporters today, Pashinyan said that during his visit to Moscow he informed Russian President Vladimir Putin that he would not be able to attend the parade, citing the start of the election campaign in Armenia.

At the same time, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recently stated in Yerevan that “drones spreading fear will buzz over Moscow’s Red Square.”

Meanwhile, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the Victory Day parade on Red Square on May 9 will take place as planned.
