Parents and family members of soldiers fallen during the 44-day war have climbed to the summit of Mount Hatis, the site of the construction of the monumental Jesus Christ statue complex.

The volunteers’ visit carried a special meaning. They joined the initiative of Gagik Tsarukyan, becoming part of this exceptional project that embodies the ideas of national revival, unity and inner solidarity.

This deeply symbolic visit once again showed that even those who have endured the greatest pain are able to find the strength to unite and keep faith in the future alive.
