Pashinyan insists that Artsakh was not ours

“Everything I wanted to say, I have already said. I have nothing further to comment on,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a conversation with reporters, responding to his statement the previous day that Artsakh was not ours.

“In Kornidzor, I was referring to the territories surrounding Karabakh, and yes, they were not developed (schools, kindergartens). What was built in Karabakh is, equal to being not built,” Pashinyan said.
