“There is law, there is order: everyone will be held accountable” – Tsarukyan on Pashinyan’s statement

There is law, there is order, and everyone will be held accountable – now or after June 7, said Gagik Tsarukyan during a pre-election meeting in Ijevan, referring to remarks by Nikol Pashinyan.

“At that time, people owed money for beer and cigarettes, today they owe billions, country houses, women. They will be held accountable, dear people. I have also been charged with illegal enrichment. I have worked all my life; I earned a million a day under the communists, and the documents are there. I started with mushrooms, then opened a shoe factory and a vodka factory,” Tsarukyan said.

He added that everyone is equal before the law. “They tried me too, now I have been acquitted – how did that happen? Let them answer.”

It should be noted that during a campaign event in Aparan, Nikol Pashinyan stated that the mansion of Gagik Tsarukyan’s son-in-law already belongs to the people.
