The 102nd military base must operate within Armenian law and under Armenia’s jurisdiction – Nikol Pashinyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that he does not fear possible actions by Russia under the pretext of protecting its citizens through the 102nd Russian military base in Armenia.

“No, there is no such concern, because the military base, regardless of what laws are in force in Russia, must operate within the framework of Armenian legislation and under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia,” Pashinyan said during a briefing with journalists.
