Governing a state is not just about spending the budget – Narek Karapetyan (Video)

Living in the heart of our homeland, with its water resources and alongside blue-eyed Lake Sevan, people have no right to live in poverty, said Narek Karapetyan during a meeting with residents of the town of Sevan.

“We must make use of the resources God has given us. Governing a state is not just about spending the budget – it is about being competent, knowing how to negotiate, how to bring businessmen to Armenia, and how to develop the economy on the ground,” said Narek Karapetyan.
