During this campaign, the head of the ruling party has placed himself in the role of investigator, prosecutor, and judge, publicly issuing his own “verdicts” throughout the campaign itself, said Elinar Vardanyan, a parliamentary candidate on the pre-election list of the Prosperous Armenia party, during the workshop “Corruption in the Pre-Election Phase.”

According to her, such conduct inevitably affects the overall logic and atmosphere of the entire pre-election campaign.
