Charter of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Armenia and the United States signed

The Charter of Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Republic of Armenia and the United States was signed in Yerevan.

A Framework Memorandum on Ensuring Supply of Critical Minerals and Rare Earths through Mining and Processing was also signed between Armenia and the United States.

The documents were signed by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
