Samvel Karapetyan’s support to the army has been significant and diverse, former Armenian Defense Minister David Tonoyan said in a conversation with reporters.

“It was there until 2018, it continued from 2018 until the war, and I hope it is still there now,” he noted.

According to Tonoyan, Karapetyan has been quite useful to the army within the scope of his capabilities.
