As of 10:40 AM, 187,917 citizens have participated in the elections

A total of 187,917 citizens had cast their ballots by 10:40 AM, according to Gohar Meloyan, a representative of the Strong Armenia party and a candidate for deputy, speaking at a press conference.

Meloyan stated that a number of significant violations had been recorded.

According to her, proxies representing the Strong Armenia party were denied access to several polling stations.

“The quality of the envelopes is concerning. They are transparent, which violates the voter’s right to privacy,” Meloyan said.
