Whatever the people decide, it will happen – Samvel Karapetyan

That was another blunder committed against our alliance. However, I am glad that even with their limited understanding, they were able to assess the situation correctly and make the right decision, said Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the Strong Armenia party, while speaking to journalists after casting his vote, referring to the application seeking the cancellation of his party’s registration.

“Today, the people have the final say. Whatever the people decide, that is what will happen,” Karapetyan said in response to a question about what scenario the opposition is prepared for in the event of a possible victory by Pashinyan.

He added that he would be pleased if the process unfolds without shocks.

“Because every shock sets back the development of our country,” said Samvel Karapetyan.
