Kremlin prefers to wait for final election results in Armenia before congratulating Pashinyan

The Kremlin prefers to wait for the final results of Armenia’s parliamentary elections before congratulating Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.

He also stated that the Kremlin is receiving numerous reports alleging violations during the electoral process in Armenia.
