Pashinyan didn’t win, we didn’t win either: the elections are failed, says Samvel Karapetyan (Video)

We will hold them in the office of a real prime minister, said Samvel Karapetyan, leader of the Strong Armenia party, addressing journalists in a courtyard.

He indicated that he would soon be able to give interviews to journalists as prime minister.

“Pashinyan didn’t win, we didn’t win either. That’s why we say that Armenia needs a legitimate government; he did not provide it,” Karapetyan said.

He expressed confidence that the elections were completely failed. “They are both rigged, and elections cannot be held under terror. All our regional coordinators are under arrest, 780 people have been arrested.”
