Late last night, the CEC quietly implemented Pashinyan’s wish to prevent PAP from overcoming the passing threshold (Video)

The day before yesterday, late at night, secretly, under covert conditions and crossing all boundaries of legality, the CEC made a decision to invalidate the election results in 2 polling stations, PAP spokesperson Iveta Tonoyan announced during a briefing.

She noted that they understand very well that this is an attempt to prevent the PAP from entering the National Assembly by all possible and impossible means.

“This is nothing more than a direct and significant influence and impact on the electoral processes,” Tonoyan said.

She added that, as a result of recounts, the party had recovered more than twice the number of votes needed to overcome the passing threshold in many polling stations. “Yesterday, late at night, the Central Election Commission, headed by Vahagn Hovakimyan, quietly implemented Nikol Pashinyan’s wish, namely, not to allow the Prosperous Armenia Party to overcome the passing threshold.”
